George D. (Sam) Cotton, served in DaNang Vietnam 1967-1968 as a fireman.  He was born and raised in Sheridan WY, married Wyla together they have two children Kevin and Tanna, 7 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren. Sam has been active with the VFW for over 30 years he became a life member in 1997. He has held Post 1560 Commander 7 times, District 2 Commander 4 times and several other offices
